Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened blind boxes or collectible figures

  • Items with minor packaging imperfections due to transit


Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at hello@cuteko.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will send you return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider.
